IN THIS VIDEO WE SHOW ALL THE COILS WOUND AND INSERTED ON THE PLANING DRAWING. AND THEN WE DRAW THE ALIGNMENT OF THE COILS ONTO THE NEW STATOR MOLD BOARD. THEN PLACE THE COILS ON THE MOLD BOARD, CUT THE CENTER CIRCLE, AND THEN WE USE DRYWALL FIBERGLASS TAPE TO BIND THE COILS TOGETHER. NEXT [...]

Installation of the first 10-KW Bergey wind turbine in the Marshall Islands, on the capital island of Majuro.
