Tsleil-Waututh seek riches in wind North Vancouver’s Tsleil-Waututh Nation is getting into the wind business. The nation announced Thursday it had made a $2-million equity investment in Surrey-based turbine manufacturer Endurance Wind Power, with the intention of becoming a marketing and distribution arm for the company.
