Based on the success of ICERT 2010, School of Industrial Technology, Universiti Sains Malaysia is pleased to organize 3rd International Conference on Environmental Research and Technology (ICERT 2012) on 30th May – 1st June 2012 at Parkroyal Hotel, Penang, Malaysia.
ICERT 2012 aims to continue and expand the level of dialogue of the previous conference and also to discuss issues concerning energy and environment towards sustainable development. This conference carries the the theme “Energy & Environment- Sustainable Technologies for a Greener Future”. This conference seeks to connect-the-dots between scientific research and its application to assist in achieving the elusive solution of a healthy and sustainable environment.
The conference sub-themes cover environmental areas related to:
· Renewable energy technology
· Eco-sustainability
· Quality and conservation
· Waste management and control technology
· Green technology and engineering
· Modelling and related technology
· Economy , management and policy
· Education and awareness
We invite you to submit your abstracts, papers and to attend in order to share your achievements in the field of environment and collaborative research. The deadline for submitting abstracts is 15th November 2011.
