For the tubes, what I usually recommend my buyers is to install the plastic ring at the bottom first, then slide the tube into the plastic ring far enough that the other end of the tube is past the manifold. Then don’t just slide in the evacuated tube right in, But instead, pull the copper tip out and fit it first, then slide the evacuated tube. This way, you are sure that you get a full contact with the tip of the tube and the manifold.
Then simply screw the plastic cap in
Bla bla bla! I totally agree with you. They may as well got the Swedish Chef of the Muppet show to demonstrate this, as I would have probably understood it better.
Thanx for video
My advice to you is take that purging valve on the top cos is going to blow up.
Solar circuit doesn’t need purging point on top. What we need is bucket to recuperate the thermoconduct fluide from the pressure relief valve on the return from the cylindre.Too many fittings those flaring joints we use them on air cond….
in order to teach our client to know how to install it , we use video and voice to teach them , both can increase the understand of the installation. So the main user of the video is our client who knows english, so it works. Anyway, thank you for your suggestion
Dear , Thank you very much for your attention to our company, and we are very pleasure to talk about the video. You see, we just do business with our client on net, and the main language is English
And thanks to you for replying so fast and taking the advice positively.
For following videos I would choose to leave out music (no music); most people who watch the video are non-native speakers of English and will face difficulties understanding the spoken word.
Good luck.
Thank you for your advice, this video just want to make our client know how to install it , if something else more, it will seems difficult to the clients, and when they know how to install it , they can install it as per their demand, we just show the structure.
First of all thank you for the video.
I would like to give some advice:
Use teflon tape where necessary as Thieoni1 mentioned.
What’s more, you should always polish the surface of the tubes with sanding paper before connecting them.
Another point of improvement is tightening the joints well; they seemed to be rather loose, which will lead to leaks.
there should not be an automatic air vent at the top of the system if filled properly, they will only cause problems in the long rum. and you don’t use t-tape on compression. Hire a plumber, one with a license.

Nobody blows up their houses with a little plumbing, where did you get that idea?
This sort of system is very straightforward to set up for anyone who has ever played with Lego, so don’t be put off by any dismissive comments.
Plumbers are ten a penny.
