    Wow, Tucker is a moron. Anyone who supports nuclear power over solar is completely ignorant. We need to fight the production of nuclear waste, and support the use of solar power.

    You can’t fuel a nuclear power plant without uranium. Uranium mining & processing produces massive amounts of greenhouse gas & radioactive waste that lasts for thousands of years. No one in the media talks about uranium mining…GET REAL its the first step.

    Renewable energy can be put on line today and added to year after year providing more & more electricity year after year. Nuclear takes years of regulatory approvals then construction takes more years before even one kilowatt is produced.

    LOL @ Tucker mentioning government help and then going back and agreeing with Nader and admitting that oil is one of the most heavily subsidized. I believe what Nader is saying is true. If you got rid of ALL the subsidies and government aid, then solar energy would be a LOT more popular.
